I know a thing or two about communicating. Sure, I have a Journalism degree with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Plus, 20+ years of working with wellness, spa, skincare, and beauty brands from small start-ups to multi-million dollar companies. I’m also a licensed esthetician who loves to research, discuss, and immerse myself in the topics of wellness, beauty, and natural skincare.

I'm a Libra and a great communicator (project management harmony is my love language).
I’ve completed 15 solo skydives (thrilling, terrifying — kinda like putting myself out there with my own business) but oh-so-rewarding — and something fun to chat about with new people.
I’ve hiked Mt. Whitney (the highest peak in the 48 states). Having a vision, putting in the work, and taking one step at a time is the best way to achieve great things IMHO.
I’ve gone 180 miles/hour in a NASCAR-style truck. White-knuckled with a perma-grin the whole time (3rd date with my now-husband).
Being in nature is my elixir of choice (and a close second is a nice glass of red wine).
I’m a foster dog mama (and mom to two human boys).
